MURUNGAI KEERAI PORIYAL / DRUMSTICK LEAVES STIR FRY


Ingredients

1. Drumstick leaves (3 cup)
2. Oil (2 Spoons)
3. Cumin Seeds (2 Spoons)
4. Small Onion ( ½ Cup)
5. Garlic (8 Pieces)
6. Red Chill (5)
7. Salt (As Needed)
8. Funnel seed and cumin seed mixed powder (1 spoon)
9. Coconut Grated 1/4 cup


Grand well

Garlic and red chill.

Preparation

Take Drumstick leaves (3 cup).






 Add 2 spoon oil to the kadai and When oil gets hot add to cumin seeds.



Now add the onions, Cook till they turn pink.


   Add the drumstick leaves and mixed well Cook for 2 minutes. 


   

    Add the garlic, chill and the funnel seed and cumin seed mixed powder 1 spoon.
    Mix well and cook for 2 minutes.




   
Add the coconut grated 1/2 cup,Mix well and cook for 1 minute.
